CASAS MAITENCILLORealized

The assignment consisted of the design of three cabins in the Maitencillo spa on a 15 x 35 meter site whose narrow side faces the Pacific Ocean. The project had to guarantee the independence and views of each of the cabins, while maintaining a unitary design of the complex. That is to say, it should, if necessary, function indistinctly as a single large house or three independent dwellings. Additionally, a tight budget and a reduced execution period had to be respected.

El encargo consistió en el diseño de tres cabañas en el balneario de Maitencillo en un sitio de 15 x 35 mts cuyo lado angosto enfrenta al Océano Pacífico. El proyecto debía garantizar la independencia y las vistas de cada una de las cabañas, manteniendo al mismo tiempo un diseño unitario del conjunto. Es decir debía, de ser necesario, funcionar indistintamente como una sola gran casa o tres viviendas independientes. Adicionalmente se debía respetar un presupuesto ajustado y un plazo de ejecución reducido.
