After the success of our first project for the Sana Sana physiotherapy, aesthetics and Pilates clinic, our clients find it necessary to expand their facilities to teach more group classes of various yoga and Pilates modalities in a nearby ground floor.

For this we continued with the ideas of the previous project where the space was intended to be a plus, contribute to achieving the relaxation and concentration necessary for the practice of these activities. For this, the forms, materials and lighting are worked in such a way that they produce feelings of calm and calm in the occupants.

The program is simple: a reception area, various activity rooms and small changing rooms. It is organized through a fluid space that contracts and expands according to use and where each of the architectural components, including lighting and installations, emphasize this idea of movement and calm. Movement reinforced with the decision to leave the different installations seen, with the play of apparently anarchic lines that are created in their development, to achieve a feeling of fluidity that reinforces the perception of seclusion and isolation that is experienced in the rooms to which it gives. service this space. Calm by the sincerity of the materials and the light that surround them.

Server and served space form an architectural and aesthetic continuum. It is a project where a server space becomes relevant without diminishing the architectural quality of the spaces it serves. Where the warmth of the wood contrasts with the nakedness and apparent coldness of the rest of the materials.

The facade is intended to respect the existing gaps as much as possible and is simply wrapped with a skin that unifies and gives privacy, achieving a strong and dual image: semi-opaque during the day, semi-transparent at night. For this, it is covered with corrugated microperforated sheet with which light effects are achieved, and the existing gaps can be appreciated both inwards and outwards.

The result is a machine where all its ins and outs are observed as if it were an exercise in transparency and sincerity towards users.

Tras el éxito de nuestro primer proyecto para la clínica de fisioterapia, estética y pilates Sana Sana, nuestros clientes se ven en la necesidad de ampliar sus instalaciones para impartir más clases grupales de diversas modalidades de yoga y pilates en un bajo cercano.

Para ello continuamos con las ideas del proyecto anterior donde se buscaba que el espacio supusiese un plus, contribuyese a conseguir la relajación y concentración necesaria para la práctica de estas actividades. Para ello se trabajan las formas, los materiales y la iluminación de manera que les produzcan a los ocupantes sensaciones de sosiego y de calma.

El programa es sencillo: un espacio de recepción, diversas salas de actividades y unos pequeños vestuarios. Éste se organiza mediante un espacio fluido que se contrae y dilata en función del uso y donde cada uno de los componentes arquitectónicos, incluso iluminación e instalaciones, enfatizan esta idea de movimiento y calma. Movimiento reforzado con la decisión de dejar las diferentes instalaciones vistas, con el juego de líneas aparentemente anárquicas que se crean en su desarrollo, para conseguir una sensación de fluidez que refuerce la percepción de recogimiento y aislamiento que se vive en las estancias a las que da servicio este espacio. Calma por la sinceridad de los materiales y la luz que las envuelven.

Espacio servidor y servido forman un continuo arquitectónico y estético. Se trata de un proyecto donde cobra relevancia un espacio servidor sin mermar la calidad arquitectónica de los espacios a los que sirve. Donde la calidez de la madera contrasta con la desnudez y aparente frialdad del resto de materiales.

En la fachada se pretende respetar al máximo los huecos existentes y simplemente se envuelve con una piel que uniformiza y da privacidad, consiguiendo una imagen contundente y dual: semiopaca durante el día, semitransparente durante la noche. Para ello se recubre de chapa microperforada ondulada con la que se consigan efectos de luz, y se puedan apreciar los huecos existentes tanto hacia dentro, como hacia el exterior.

El resultado es máquina donde se observan todos sus entresijos como si fuese un ejercicio de transparencia y sinceridad hacia los usuarios
