Description

The studio Maison Sarah Lavoine designs a five-star hotel with 37 rooms, in the heart of the first arrondissement of Paris. Imagined as a place to live, on a human scale, inspired by the codes of Parisian and international style. of what characterizes and fascinates Sarah: colours, noble materials and simple lines.

A great freedom in design has allowed us to create, draw and think about every detail with a real bias and a strong coherence with the House's signature. As soon as you cross the threshold of the door, an intimate warmth emanates, a cosy and friendly atmosphere, like a house where it is good to be together.

The lobby is carpeted with exotic wood flooring stained wenge in a mosaic pattern. The ceilings with the same finishes spread an English club spirit. To revisit the classics of Parisian apartments, the walls are dressed in woodwork and contrasted by a play of frames, welcoming the iconic marriage of Black and Sarah Blue colours. (Collection Ressource and Maison Sarah Lavoine).

A few meters away is a large living room, with a majestic library in which a fireplace in enamelled lava stone melts into the background, surrounded by black sofas laid back to back or warmers in flowery velvet. The atmosphere is muffled, in a concern of intimacy, a set of mirrored claustras pivoting on both sides, filters the light and the comings and goings of everyone. The different living spaces cohabit as in a contemporary house.

In the chic and relaxed extension of the lounge, there is a bar as charming as a showcase, as well as a restaurant plunging onto a green patio and a terrace with trees, a real lung between the two hotel buildings. Lava stone invests the swimming pool and spa floors, while mineral plaster caresses the walls.

Upstairs, the 37 rooms, including 4 suites, are available in 5 different colours. The bases are common, the details that differ are numerous, all displaying a unique identity. The floors are walnut parquet floors covered with carpets or carpets with motifs designed by the studio. The colours on the walls are also worked on the ceilings for a more contemporary effect.

The two-tone velvet or linen headboards frame the beds with a return, for an even more welcoming comfort. Ceramic grains of rice are suspended and decorate the walls. The white marble bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms by bay windows with an interior shutter (opaque on the bedroom side, mirror on the bathroom side) allowing a soft light to enter when the shutter is open. The showers with the hammam, sometimes integrated, are lined with softly coloured selections.

Le Roch Hôtel & Spa is a unique, Parisian and signature place.

A chic and cosy haven of peace that makes you want to put down your suitcases.

Le Roch Hôtel & Spa, 28 rue Saint-Roch, Paris 1er.
