Description

The room concept of the attic apartment develops around the interior atrium. The three children's bunks, deliberately kept small, with their generous double sliding doors can be combined with the play area in front to form a large common room. This can also be switched to the living room via the glass walls of the atrium, which can be opened on both sides.
The island kitchen is the link between the private and public zones and offers views of southern Vienna from a height of 40m via a fully glazed counter. The living space is defined by a space-creating piece of furniture that, despite its separating function, holds together the large space of the entire apartment.
