Description Original Language (Catalan)

Located in a privileged setting, on a small hill surrounded by the client's vineyards, the plot of the housing project has impressive views of the surroundings. Environment that, at the same time as the housing project is being worked on, is the subject of a general landscaping project for the domain. The housing project wants, rather than being integrated, to be part of this large-scale landscape project of the wine domain.

"Living among the Vineyards" in a landscape sense, since the project is surrounded by them and they are the reason and consequence of the winery's existence; but also in a more poetic sense since this landscape, despite being generated through the vine, a natural element, has a very anthropic form with parallel trajectories that "delineate" the landscape. Both projects become one project, where Landscaping, Urban Planning, Architecture, Land Art... collaborate to materialize the dream, the illusion of a family.

The house, through a specific volumetry and flexible enclosures inspired by the vibration of the vineyards, responds to a program that wanted to be able to combine the privacy and efficiency of four single-family homes with the conviviality and social exchange of a very great second residence to enjoy the family and the holidays.

A "water" space, of great significance and prominence for the client, generates when it is not being used primarily (showers, sauna...) a space for contemplation and tasting connected to the outside.

The landscape project worked entirely with vineyards includes the creation of an access park with parking and an interpretation route.
The fact of "integrating" the parking into the vineyards allows, on the one hand, "to have no parking" when there are no vehicles and, on the other hand, for visitors to discover the domain "through" the vineyards.
