Description Original Language (Italian)

The receptive structure, called Domù, wants to be a modern and functional welcoming place, designed for travelers and professionals; therefore the distribution of the rooms is simple and linear and seeks maximum comfort and the best use of space.

At the entrance there is an electric bike sharing service available to the guest, which anticipates the real entrance to the structure: the reception from which, through a bright corridor overlooking the terrace, you can access the living area where they take place. breakfasts and themed events. The kitchen is available to customers and collects all the necessary equipment in a few linear meters.

From the shared space you can directly access the six rooms.

Being a building type of intense use, it was decided to use resistant but elegant materials, and colors played on the contrast between the warm color of the wood and the cold gray of the stoneware, fabrics and wall paintings.

The transit areas are covered in large-format gray porcelain stoneware slabs, while the functional areas and rooms are defined by an industrial pre-finished oak flooring, which goes up to the wall to accompany the various functions.

In the rooms and in the reception, to improve acoustic comfort and the feeling of welcome, sound-absorbing boiseries in fireproof fabric were created by Mariantonia Urru with a design created by domECO, also used in the logo and in the definition of the corporate branding of the structure.

In the rooms, the boiseries become headboards (Cabulè by domECO) and are slightly recessed and illuminated by a hidden LED light.

White bands and lowering in the ceiling further define the functional areas and allow the placement of the plant components.

Outside, green spaces and decking paved areas will be set up, designed both for shared use and for the exclusive use of the rooms.
