The Shadowbox residence is located in Miami Beach, Florida. The new 3,600 SF 2 story home is located on a narrow and deep property close to the waters’ edge. The home's first level has a double car garage, a guest suite, open living spaces, and a split stairway. The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms and a primary suite on the 2nd floor.

An oversized front patio above the garage takes advantage of the water view. The kitchen and living areas blend into the elevated rear deck and pool with a full-width glass storefront.

A full-height glass entrance focal point is approached by floating concrete steps. The primary suite boasts an oversized shower with access to the balcony. The design incorporated multiple bay windows, used for dimension and extra space for the bedrooms and select living spaces.
