Description

In Biarritz, the Sarah Lavoine company Architecture Studio has completely redesigned the restaurant, bar and 19 rooms of the 4-star hotel Le Café de Paris, located on the sea front.

The studio had already worked with this prestigious hotel for the renovation of its restaurant. Today, Sarah Poniatowski applies her expertise and know-how to the entire establishment and signs the renovation of the bar and the 19 rooms in a contemporary, authentic and relaxing spirit.

"I wanted to create an authentic space with a strong identity that never goes out of style. I like to imagine places where it's good to live. Places where people meet," explains Sarah Poniatowski.

The result? 19 chic and relaxing cocoons, inspired by beach huts, boats, the ocean and the sunset, where the spirit of vacation reigns.

The project is based on three main shades: Nude, Broome Street and Light Blue, enhanced by a lighter tone that creates an enveloping and relaxing atmosphere.

Natural materials such as enameled lava stone and solid oak have naturally taken their place in this privileged setting.

Each room has a unique, elegant and fresh atmosphere that interacts with the 18 others and meets the needs of a very eclectic clientele. The floors are adorned with a custom floral pattern in the brand's signature blue and green tones. The woodwork draws the eye to the headboards, which are topped with a bookcase and framed by bedside cabinets with colorful backgrounds designed for the project.

Project date : June 2021
