VIVIANA MELAMED STUDIO

In a dream setting, an apartment that is naturally integrated into the idyllic landscape of the lagoon and its immensity.
Posed on the threshold of the urban and the natural.
We let ourselves be carried away by the impact of the location and current times, allowing us to design a space to be or to escape.

A clear, light, open, sustainable, integrated but divisible space, worked with mirrored sliding panels that, when closed, multiply the reflections of water and green, but that can also disappear into the furniture and allow the integration of space and 360 views.

Reflections, textures, sincere, organic, natural, sophisticated, high-quality materialities. With spatial and light filters. Very technological, domotized, controlling all daily operations using current technology.

But with less, act responsibly with the planet, evolving creatively. Less material, no waste and no energy savings, without abandoning performance, quality and beauty in the process. A more efficient and critical approach that impacts the heart of the project.

The space is organized into interlocking, expanding, living, eating, cooking, sleeping, dressing and wellness areas. All speaking the same language of noble and clear materials.

A large library faces the lagoon and then folds up to house the kitchen area. Three mirrored panels, which appear or disappear like flexible filters.
