The complex overlooks the dramatic settings of the aegean sea and includes sun decks with pool, multiple level terraces, 6 bedrooms, parking and tennis courts.
The linearity of the house responds to the coastline strongly presenting the sea environment as a moving background to all activities at any level.
Basic construction method is of prefabricated conrete panels and steel sections.
