Modern villa renovation with calm and unique interiorDesign Presentation

Our proposal for this villa in Wavre was based on the main idea of integration of spaces, visual communication with the environment and fluidity of circulation among the different living areas. The complete renovation was designed with natural materials such as stone and wood, and neutral colors such as beige, grey and taupe, resulting in a minimalist, calm and unique interior. These materials and color palette have been used in all the renovated rooms, bringing to the idea of integration and fluidity of the space. The construction of a veranda not only enlarges the surface of the living space, but also provides natural light to the interior and a direct communication with the vegetal environment. The new terrace allows to enjoy the garden in total connection with the interior; depending on the client's hobbies, a small golf course was proposed in the side garden of the house, giving life to a little functional outdoor space. An office area overlooking the garden, a reading area in front of the fireplace, an auxiliary custom bench for meetings with friends... Every detail proposed makes this interior a unique place and customized according to the tastes and needs of the owner.
