Conservation is the starting point of the project. It is a cultural prerequisite as much as an environmental stance. We start from a heritage, from a building that is part of the city, both an urban marker and witness to an era. It is from the awareness of this legacy that we began to project, by being part of a history to be continued.

It is therefore a matter of heritage management where the cultural approach is coupled with an environmental question. We have also put sustainability at the heart of our thinking. Our proposal is a work of support, a work of inflection which allows us to reset the place while conserving it.
The sustainable city is above all a city made up of lasting architecture. We will reset, reformat, reuse, adapt, an architecture while limiting demolitions.

La conservation est le point de départ du projet. C’est un préalable culturel autant qu’une prise de position environnemental. Nous partons d’un héritage, d’un bâtiment élément de la ville, tout à la fois marqueur urbain et témoin d’une époque. C’est à partir de la conscience de ce legs que nous avons commencé à projeter, en nous inscrivant dans une histoire à prolonger.

Il s’agit donc d’une gestion patrimoniale où l’approche culturelle se double d’une question environnementale. Aussi nous avons mis la durabilité au cœur de nos réflexions. Notre proposition est un travail d’accompagnement, un travail d’inflexion qui permet de réinitialiser le lieu en le conservant.
La ville durable c’est avant tout une ville constituée d’architectures pérennes. Nous allons réinitialiser, reformater, réutiliser, adapter, une architecture en limitant les démolitions.
