With these premises, Sonia Portela comes to us for the design of her first hairdresser as a personal project and with clear intentions to set an aesthetic trend that represents her professional ethics and her target clients.

The place, previously used for the same use, was old-fashioned, cold, with details that took us back to the 80s, the use of gilded carpentry, glass displays and endless combinations that marked the interventions without criteria with the passage of time. years.

The starting point for our project was to capture the attention of the pedestrian. The potential customer on a boulevard with high pedestrian traffic had to feel the presence of the establishment. To do this, we take the façade to the outside line of the premises, marking the entrance to direct the client and in turn generate an open waiting room full of natural light. We created a reticular design with black lacquered iron joinery to enhance the feeling of traditional elegance that this profession represents.

The next point was to generate two blocks of translucent glass facing each other, a face to face that houses those most intimate functions and through which the rest of the hairdresser is organized. A microperforated metal sheet is incorporated on top of them that generates a differential part of the roof. Although this is worked in such a way that it marks the different functions of the space, false ceiling in the waiting room, entrance and payment counter and forging seen in the work area, the sheet enhances that hierarchical component of the glass volumes.

The rest of the divisions have been made through furniture. The subtlety of the curve has been sought, the softness of the lines that transmit the naturalness of the hair has been represented in light brown wood, providing the necessary warmth for comfort combined with details in black iron. The sincerity of materials such as the exposed forged ceiling, the polished concrete pavement and the iron are counteracted by the elegance and nobility of the wood, generating a refined industrial result, a place where going to have your hair treated is more than just a need.

With the furniture, in addition, the greatest comfort and functionality of use is sought, generating product displays so that the collaborating brands are present at all times. The clients' coats are part of the division between the waiting room and the work area, which filters the visual communication between these two spaces. The collection desk, in addition to being protected from prying eyes, is located in a way that allows you to control the most relevant areas of the establishment and has the dual function of also housing the makeup station.

In short, the balance generated by this refined industrial aesthetic fosters that extra appeal demanded by the property, that elegant and young line with simple details that will make this design a place that will last over time.

Una peluquería para todos los públicos, con cierta tendencia femenina, elegante y joven.

Con estas premisas nos llega Sonia Portela para el diseño de su primera peluquería como proyecto personal y con intenciones claras de marcar una tendencia estética que represente su ética profesional y a su target de clientes.

El local, anteriormente ya destinado al mismo uso, estaba anticuado, frío, con detalles que nos trasladaban a los años 80, el uso de carpinterías doradas, expositores de cristal y un sinfín de combinaciones que marcaban las intervenciones sin criterio con el paso de los años.

El punto de partida para nuestro proyecto era captar la atención del viandante. El potencial cliente en un bulevar de alto tránsito peatonal tenía que sentir la presencia del establecimiento. Para ello llevamos la fachada a la línea exterior del local, marcando la entrada para dirigir al cliente y a su vez generar una sala de espera abierta y llena de luz natural. Creamos un diseño reticular con carpintería de hierro lacado negro para potenciar la sensación de elegancia tradicional que representa a esta profesión.

El siguiente punto fue generar dos bloques de cristal traslúcido enfrentados, un cara a cara que alberga aquellas funciones más íntimas y a través de los cuales se organiza el resto de la peluquería. Sobre ellos se incorpora una chapa metálica microperforada que genera una parte diferencial del techo. Si bien este se trabaja de forma que marque las diferentes funciones del espacio, falso techo en sala de espera, entrada y mostrador de cobro y forjado visto en la zona de trabajo, la chapa potencia ese componente jerarquizador de los volúmenes de cristal.

El resto de las divisiones se han realizado a través del mobiliario. Se ha buscado la sutileza de la curva, la suavidad de las líneas que trasmite la naturalidad del cabello se ha representado en madera de castaño claro aportando el punto de calidez necesario para el confort combinado con detalles en hierro negro. La sinceridad de materiales como el techo en forjado visto, el pavimento de hormigón pulido y el hierro se ven contrarrestados por la elegancia y nobleza de la madera generando un resultante industrial refinado, un lugar en el que ir a tratarse el pelo es algo más que una necesidad.

Con el mobiliario, además, se busca la mayor comodidad y funcionalidad de uso generando expositores de producto de forma que las marcas colaboradoras estén presentes en todo momento. Los abrigos de los clientes forman parte de la división entre la sala de espera y el área de trabajo lo que hace que se tamice la comunicación visual entre estos dos espacios. El mostrador de cobro, además de estar protegido de miradas indiscretas, está ubicado de forma que permite controlar las zonas más relevantes del establecimiento y tiene la doble función de albergar también el puesto de maquillaje.

En resumen, el equilibrio generado por esta estética industrial refinada propicia ese atractivo extra reclamado por la propiedad, esa línea elegante y joven con detalles simples que harán de este diseño un local que perdure en el tiempo.
