The design of Casa Grewe Vendruscolo is based on the client's need for a quick and economical construction.
Looking at the history of architecture, it is not difficult to identify paradigmatic buildings as architectural excellence.
With that premise in mind, in the case of this residence, Gordon Bunshaft's teachings at his Travertine House or Bunshaft House in East Hampton are obvious and decisive.
The house is made up of pre-molded concrete pieces and develops on a single floor despite the large difference in level imposed by the relief of the region.
Such attributes give the building a coherent aesthetic and constructive rigor that define the formal and tectonic character of this architectural example.
