Description Original Language (Italian)

The penthouse was designed on paper, during the initial construction phases of the building, allowing the designer the freedom to define the spaces and openings.

At the distribution level, more importance was given to the living area, as per the specific request of the client.

The spatial perception of this is further increased by a series of measures, including the continuous windows along the entire perimeter of the room, which allows visual continuity with the terrace in front. It was also decided to adopt a seamless wooden flooring, distributed along the visual axes of the house according to equal modules, which are repeated both inside with the parquet and outside and in the shower trays with solid teak decking. .

The floors are all positioned at the same height in all environments, and the feeling of continuity is increased by the reduction of the color palette used for the finishes. In fact, the solid teak used stands out against the white custom-made furniture and panels, which cover the walls of the house.

The only touches of variation from white are the black of the TV wall, chosen to improve the viewing experience of the screen and the gray of the sound-absorbing panels that cover the wall behind the bed, covered with the same material.

Finally, the terraces will be closed with a continuous white sunscreen, which will allow a complete union of the internal and external spaces, especially during the summer.
