Located in Mina Rashid, a historic landmark by the Arabian Gulf, Seascape is unique masterplan which promotes Dubai’s treasured port which aim to be reactivated into a recreational and a luxurious residential area by the longest pool in Dubai. The pool expands from Mina Rashid and extends south with direct views to the Burj Khalifa.
