The definition of a living environment made of landscaped urbanity is the starting point of our reflection. The site of our intervention is stretched between access to the park and an urbanity to be created. Our project articulates empty and full, plant and mineral in a search for a new balance between a space dedicated to work and a harmonious environment.

A tertiary building – where the desire and need to bring together collaborators in a unity of place and time – comes from the need for exchanges and sharing of common values. Thus recorded, the exchanges are inscribed in the DNA of the project. Exchanges with the direct environment: intellectual, social, cultural, economic, technical environment, also climatic, geographical, urban environment. Our project is exchange surfaces, scalable interfaces.
Our project thus proposes a multipolar spatial organization. The poles and intensities are distributed along the line of the central space. Spatial planning brings surfaces into resonance
generic tertiary spaces designed from archetypes of tertiary surfaces (width of 18 m, grid of 1.35 m, 2.70 m hsp) combined with less formal, specific spaces initiating other uses in which movement, circulation are as many opportunities for meetings and exchanges.

The headquarters is accessed through a living space which connects all the programs and surfaces. It's not just about being welcoming, but about offering services, sharing programs, generating flows, being a center of gravity that resonates multiple atmospheres. The building extends over the entire length of the plot with a south facade which lets the interior energy filter through. On the ground floor, a long linear garden, overlooked by vast overhangs, mark the main physical interactions with the city: the entrance and the restaurant areas.

La définition d’un cadre de vie fait d’une urbanité paysagère est le point de départ de notre réflexion. Le site de notre intervention est tendu entre un accès au parc et une urbanité à constituer. Notre projet articule vides et pleins, végétal et minéral dans une recherche d’un nouvel équilibre entre un espace dédié au travail et un environnement harmonieux.

Un bâtiment tertiaire – où l’envie et le besoin de réunir dans une unité de lieu et de temps des collaborateurs – provient de la nécessité d’échanges et de partages de valeurs communes. Ainsi actés, les échanges sont inscrits dans l’ADN du projet. Échanges avec l’environnement direct : environnement intellectuel,social, culturel, économique, technique, également environnement climatique, géographique, urbain. Notre projet est surfaces d’échanges, interfaces évolutives.
Notre projet propose ainsi une organisation spatiale multipolaire. Les pôles et intensités sont répartis sur le linéaire de l’espace central. L’aménagement de l’espace met en résonance des surfaces
tertiaires génériques conçues à partir d’archétypes de surfaces tertiaires (largeur de 18 m, trame de 1.35 m, 2.70 m de hsp) combinés à des espaces moins formels, spécifiques initiant d’autre usages dans lesquels le déplacement, les circulations sont autant de possibilités de rencontres et d’échanges.

On accède au siège par un espace de vie qui met en relation l’ensemble des programmes et surfaces. Il ne s’agit pas seulement d’être accueillant, mais de proposer des services, de partager des programmes, de générer des flux, d’être un centre de gravité qui met en résonance des ambiances multiples. Le bâtiment se déploie sur toute la longueur de la parcelle avec une façade sud qui laisse filtrer l’énergie intérieure. Au RDC, un long jardin linéaire, surplombé par de vastes porte-à-faux marquent les principales interactions physiques avec la ville : l’entrée et les espaces de restauration.
